Thank you for visiting and shopping at 10’S Estate Pty Ltd. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.

Processing your Order

 All orders are acceptable via telephone, email or on our website.

An email confirmation and invoice will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

 After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

The following flat shipping rate applies per case of 12 bottles or minimum of 6 bottles:

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST

*Please note, currently we only ship within Australia due to the high cost of freighting wines overseas.

Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. 

Please ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of placing the order. We are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.  

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please inform 10’S Estate Pty Ltd via email at enquiries@10estate.com.au or telephone (02) 9160 7638. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all orders are correct at the time of ordering. Please check your cart carefully at checkout. 10’S Estate Pty Ltd is not obliged to refund or exchange an order for change of mind or incorrect selection at the time of purchase.
